So many selections to sort through & decisions to be made! Just when you think you've ironed out every detail and your Pinterest boards reflect months of detailed planning, your contractor calls... "Which light fixture do you want for the powder room?", "Have you selected your shower floor tile?", "What about the fireplace surround?" So many selections. It seems to never end.
Singleton Interiors can help to alleviate the stress & never-ending selections process by providing upfront, comprehensive design solutions that include (and more importantly coordinate!) all selections. The end result is a beautiful, well-planned, purposefully-crafted home.

Step 1
Let's talk
We'll meet to discuss your project needs, budget & time frame. We'll review your style, aesthetic and the look you're wanting to achieve for your new space. This is a great time to look at any "inspiration images" you've pulled from Pinterest, Houzz or magazines.
Step 2
Set the course
Determine the scope of work that fits your space & your needs.
Step 3
Time to design
I will source materials & fixtures from local vendors (and online if needed). I'll compile Vision Boards clearly showing the design features and selections for the space. Whenever possible, I'll have samples on hand so you can touch & feel materials.
Step 4
Presentation
We'll meet and I'll present the design I've created for your space! We'll go over all the selections and discuss what you love (and, heaven forbid, anything you hate).
Step 5
Revisions, if needed.
So, you love the kitchen design, but not really that faucet I've included? No problem. We'll tweak anything in the design that's not your favorite. Revised selections will be sourced & reviewed with you for approval.
Step 6
Design Completion!
Now that your space is fully designed and all your selections have been made, we'll need to get that information over to the contractor. I provide detailed spreadsheets noting all selections, vendors, manufacturers & model numbers. If detailed elevations noting the size & location of design features are needed to compliment your architect's interior elevations I'm happy to provide those as well.
